Is LifeSnail free?
Yes. During launch every feature is free, including the assistant. We will tell you well in advance if that ever changes.
Which devices does it work on?
The web app works in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone. The iPhone and Android apps are on their way to the App Store and Google Play. One account works everywhere.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Things you add while offline are kept on your device and sync as soon as you are back online.
What does the assistant do with my data?
It reads your own entries only to answer your question. Anything that would add or change data comes back as a card for you to confirm first.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time: in the app under Settings, or from the Delete your account page. Your entries and files are deleted with it.
